Q-DAS Core Modules

O-QIS

The SPC Software O-QIS records and evaluates measurement data from different measurement tools and process (e.g CMM, Calipers, etc.)

Solara.mp

Solara inspects the measurement tools and procedures. Attributive MSA, VDA 5, and MSA research are conducted.

Q-DM

Used to transfer files from external systems to the Q-DAS Database automatically. This enables task-oriented data selection in order to provide them for analysis depending on the specific user.

QS-Stat

Process Qualification tool that is used for evaluation and continuous improvement of industrial production processes. Designed to evaluate production-relevant quality information statistically.

Q-FD

According to your preference or process, you can customize the dashboard and report template design.

M-QIS

The core element of M-QIS is the automated reporting system loading data cyclically from the database, evaluating them and sending reports or messages to specified recipeints. 

Hexagon's Visual Inspection Detection

HxGN Visual Detection is an automated surface inspection application capable of detecting defects across a wide range of materials such as glass, metal, plastics, ceramics and textiles.
